2025年11月14日至16日,2025计算性设计学术论坛暨中国建筑学会计算性设计专业委员会年会(2025 Computational Design Symposium and the Annual Conference of Computational Design Professional Committee of Chinese Architectural Society,简称CDAC)在浙江大学举行。
由黄骁然教授指导、徐小雯与曾理撰写的论文《基于多代理人建模的首钢园游客承载力评估与街区设计优化研究》成功入选大会论文集,并荣获“优秀论文奖”(Outstanding Paper Award)。
From November 14th to 16th, 2025, the 2025 Computational Design Academic Forum and the Annual Conference of Computational Design Professional Committee of Chinese Architectural Society (CDAC) were held at Zhejiang University. The paper "Research on Visitor Carrying Capacity Assessment and Block Design Optimization of Shougang Park Based on Multi-Agent Modeling" directed by Professor Huang Xiaoran and written by Xu Xiaowen and Zeng Li was successfully selected into the proceedings of the conference and won the "Outstanding Paper Award".

在会议报告环节中,徐小雯同学以北京首钢园北区研究对象,针对当前历史街区因游客数量激增引发的一系列问题,如交通拥堵、空间利用不均等,展开深入探讨。她通过结合多源数据和多代理人建模技术,构建了多个层面上相互关联因素影响下的街区游客承载能力评估模型。

In the report session of the meeting, classmate Xu Xiaowen took Beijing Shougang Park North District as the research object and conducted in-depth discussions on a series of problems caused by the surge in the number of tourists in the current historical districts, such as traffic congestion and uneven space utilization. By combining multi-source data and multi-agent modeling techniques, she constructed a neighborhood tourist carrying capacity assessment model under the influence of interrelated factors at multiple levels.

通过对首钢园北区的模拟分析,研究发现虽能承受节假日的客流量,但场地使用存在明显的不均衡现象,热点区域周围形成了由点到面再到路径的拥堵模式。据此提出优化策略,且模拟证实增设访问点可缓解压力,购物类场景效果显著。研究为旅游型街区的规划管理提供了可操作的技术路径与理论支撑,助力实现游客体验优化与街区可持续发展

Through simulation analysis of the northern area of Shougang Park, the study found that although it can withstand the passenger flow during holidays, there is an obvious imbalance in the use of the site, and a congestion pattern from point to surface to route is formed around the hotspot area. Based on this, an optimization strategy was proposed, and simulations confirmed that adding access points can relieve pressure, and the effect is significant in shopping scenarios. The research provides operational technical paths and theoretical support for the planning and management of tourist neighborhoods, helping to optimize visitor experience and achieve sustainable development of neighborhoods.

本项成果体现了黄骁然教授团队在在城市更新与旅游景区规划研究领域的深入探索与创新成果,将多代理人建模等前沿技术融入传统学科研究,有效回应了城市更新与游客管理的现实需求,为城市规划者、景区管理者提供了切实可行的决策依据,彰显了跨学科研究的实践意义。
